Hara is a registered Sports Dietitian, with extended multinational academic knowledge and professional experience in both clinical and performance nutrition. Super passionate about healthy food (and lots of coffee), she aims to pass on all that knowledge by sharing easy, tasty and balanced recipes, alongside her nutritional coaching practice for health promotion, weight management and performance enhancement.
